The World Wide Web has quickly become the major preferred way of communicating relevant to buying and selling Real Estate Properties. It is growing daily. Your property is featured on a webpage advertisement noting the property description, showing relevant preferred contact name and telephone details and your Oz Homes 4 You™ reference number. Vendors without computer access when wishing to register can be forwarded a manual listing application and / or details can be given by telephoning our Oz Homes 4 You™ Hotline on 1300 30 34 92.
- VENDOR WRITTEN PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.
This description can be written in story or point form. You will note when registering your details that you are allowed a substantial space for your description. (Up to 300 words) Please be mindful that your description notes the points most favorable to your asset.

EDITING / UPDATING AVAILABLE FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER (VENDOR).
We provide for you, access to your webpage any time throughout any day. At times throughout the sale process of your property, you may need to edit / update the information on your webpage. These facilities are available to you and are password and security protected. After you have edited / updated your webpage, an email is automatically sent to Oz Homes 4 You™, notifying us of a change to your information. An operator will access the site and check with you these changes. This is a complimentary online service and is to protect the professionalism and the integrity of our website and to maintain the high standard of information available to you and your prospective purchaser.
For Registered Vendors who do not have computer access, a manual edit / update sheet is provided in the Gold or Platinum Options to notify us by fax, telephone or post of any relevant changes. This will be processed by one of our National Operators and confirmed with you. There is a small fee of $16.50 (incl gst) for this manual service.
- ADVERTISING UP TO 6 FEATURE PHOTOGRAPHS.
Simple uploading instructions and size of photographs required are available on our website. For Vendors who do not have computer and or scanner facilities to place their photographs when registering, these can be forwarded by mail to us and an Operator will place them within your advertisement. It is most important that you clearly label the back of every photograph with your Name, Property Address and Webpage reference number. There is a small fee of $27.50 (incl gst) for manual uploading of your photographs. All photographs are to be taken by The Vendor and will be returned as soon as possible. The main advertisement will consists of one (1) main photograph and up to five (5) others.
Please note that if editing is made to your photographs an automatic email is forwarded to Oz Homes 4 You™ Operators who will contact you to confirm the changes. This is a complimentary online service and is to protect the professionalism and the integrity of our website and to maintain the high standard of information available to your prospective purchaser.

These signs attract the buyers to your property and direct them to the website. These signs are completely waterproof, giving details of your Oz Homes 4 You™ reference number, your preferred telephone contact number and the website address.

These signs are reversible with right and left arrows, giving you directional choices. These signs are invaluable for all property sales. They are to be placed at your discretion for directing prospective buyers to your property.
- 600mm x 600mm x 3mm OPEN HOUSE SIGNAGE.
This has a section on the sign where you can advise your preferred date, day and times of your Open House. You will need a permanent marking pen. This is removable with methylated spirits. The Open House sign is to be displayed in the front of your property adjacent to the large Customised For Sale Signs.

A quick search is available on the website for all purchasers by using either the reference number of your property.
- ADVANCED SEARCH FOR ALL PURCHASERS.
This service is available to the purchaser where they can match the property of their choice by their selection of features, type, price and area required. This explains the detailed criteria required when you enter your property for sale. We can match the property to the buyer.

For all computer help enquiries, manual registrations, editing or updating, uploading photographs, additional signage and Franchise / Business enquiries. Available for all enquiries from Vendors who do not have computer access. Manual registration can be completed by our National operators where the Vendor does not have access to a computer. There is a fee of $27.50 (incl gst) for this manual service.
Please note that Oz Homes 4 You™ Pty Ltd Directors, Franchisees, Management or Staff will not enter into negotiations between the Vendor and Purchaser or their Solicitor / Conveyancer nor will they give advice for mentoring throughout the Private Property Sale.
