FLEXIBREAKS TERMS & CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF USE – FLEXI BREAKS VOUCHERS

1. This voucher entitles two (2) people to a complimentary room for one (1) night as specified by participating properties in the current Flexi Breaks program, given that the conditions for the Meal Deal or the 2nd Night Free Deal are met.

2. When booking the accommodation choose between either:

MEAL DEAL: It is a condition when using the voucher that BREAKFAST and DINNER be paid for each person, for each night's stay at the Meal Deal amount stipulated. Beverages are not included in the Meal Deal amount. The property has the right to charge the Meal Deal amount based on two (2) people (Minimum Expenditure) in the event that the meals are not taken or if there is a shortfall.

2nd Night Free: It is a condition when using the voucher that the first night's accommodation be paid in full to the property to receive the second night's accommodation free. When staying on the 2nd Night Free option, the first night's accommodation rate is based on the hotel's published rate.

3. A property may offer either the Meal Deal, 2nd Night Free or both. Please check the directory for details.

4. The offer is based on two (2) adults sharing. A supplement will usually apply for single occupancy or additional persons.

5. Participating properties are listed in detail in this directory and on the Flexi Breaks website at www.flexibreaks.com.au, (User name: great, Password: escapes) on which any relevant changes to the properties or the program are updated daily. Each property should be contacted directly for bookings or enquiries.

6. All reservations are subject to availability at promotional rates and they will be accepted at the discretion of the participating property.

7. Prices and descriptions in the Flexi Breaks directory are based on information provided by the properties. Ratings are based on motel and hotel rating systems. Prices and facilities may change from time to time, please re-confirm these at the time of booking.

8. Conditions of use and prices are current at the time of publication; however some properties may exit or join the program, or change their rates or amenities during the validity of the directory. The most current information is available on www.flexibreaks.com.au, (User name: great, Password: escapes).

9. After a booking is made, it is essential that the voucher(s) is (are) sent to the property to confirm the reservation. All vouchers must be completed and signed. The stub of the voucher must be presented to the property upon check-in.

10. To cancel or postpone a booking prior to arrival, the property must be contacted. Cancellation fees may apply in some cases.

11. All payments for meals and extras must be made in accordance with the property's normal billing practices, usually prior to checkout on the departure date. Some properties may also take a deposit for the stay when booking or at check-in.

12. Properties have their own terms and conditions, and these are communicated at the time of booking. Guests are required to follow these standard terms and conditions.

13. Vouchers are valid until the printed expiry date. In most cases, properties will accept more than one voucher at any one time and for consecutive nights. These details must be checked with the property at the time of booking.

14. The cost of the journey to and from each property is the voucher holder’s responsibility.

15. While all care has been taken, Flexi Breaks accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from the voucher holder’s stay or for any errors or omissions in the directory, on the website or on promotional materials.

16. Flexi Breaks takes no responsibility for the visual misrepresentation of participating properties in the directory. It is the responsibility of the property to provide Flexi Breaks with its own imagery for print quality reproduction. 17. In line with our standard service procedures Flexi Breaks is always willing to investigate complaints. However, Flexi Breaks can not be held responsible for any disagreements you have with the property and / or for any refused or cancelled reservations. Any dispute must be settled direct with the hotel in question.
