• The use of Oz Homes 4 You™ Customised For Sale Options are not to be used by any other party not registered by Oz Homes 4 You™ Pty Ltd.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ Private Sale Options are for use exclusively by the title owner/s of a property or a person/s with the permission to act on behalf of the owner/s of a property.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ advises that the FREE* 5 Night Weekend or Weekday Accommodation is given in conjunction with Flexi-Breaks Australia / New Zealand and have their own Terms and Conditions. 5 Nights FREE is available for Silver, Gold & Platinum Options Only. Please refer to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Vendor agrees to have in hand prior to advertising the property for sale, the said Contract for Sale . (Please refer to your Solicitor/Conveyancer).
• Oz Homes 4 You™ reserves the right to proceed with legal action for any third party or parties using either Options without payment authorisation and / or registration.
• Please ensure that when placing your stakes for the signage into the ground that you are mindful of the location of underground services such as Electricity, Gas, Water and/or Telephone.
• The Vendor (Property Owner) agrees to place Customised For Sale Signage within your property boundaries to comply with your Local City Council, Municipality or Shire.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ advises that the Vendor (Property Owner) is totally responsible for the safe placement and erection of all signage. (See Signage)
• The Vendor remains totally liable for any information and data and the accuracy of this information to the purchaser. Any persons acting on this information do so at their own risk.
• Vendors are to conduct all inspections of the said property.
• Purchasers are to independently qualify the total accuracy and information given for a property by making their own personal inspections of the said property by contacting the Vendor direct.
• When editing or updating is made to your webpage, Oz Homes 4 You™ will contact you to verify the changes made. This is for the integrity and professionalism our website and to protect it from vandalism. Vandalism will not be tolerated and immediate legal action will be taken.
• When a property is withdrawn from sale the Vendor will have 60 days only to reactivate their private sale listing on the website of Oz Homes 4 You™
• To withdraw or cancel a property registered with Oz Homes 4 You™ the Vendor must telephone our National Hotline on 1300 30 34 92.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ provide a choice of four (4) options inclusive of G.S.T, Postage and Handling.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ additional signage / brochures, includes G.S.T, Postage and Handling.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ Option choices are dispatched only after payment has been verified and the webpage advertising information and data is checked by our staff to protect the integrity and professionalism of our website.

• Oz Homes 4 You™ agrees to dispatch the Option chosen to you within 2-7 working days where reasonable with Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any damages or claims for compensation for any delays in dispatching or postage.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ have the right to immediately remove any inappropriate or offensive material from our website without further notice, protecting the integrity and professionalism of our site.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ will prosecute any breach or misuse of our terms and conditions, privacy statement, copyright or disclaimers.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ has a Company Logo and NO unauthorised use or misuse of our logo will be tolerated. Immediate action will be taken to protect our National Logo from its unauthorised use or misuse.
• Oz Homes 4 You™ has no return or refund policy with the exception of goods damaged in transit. The damaged Pack in its entirety (unopened) is to be returned to us. Acceptance of this pack in a damaged state does not warrant the refund. Please do not accept delivery if damaged and telephone our Hotline on 1300 30 34 92
• You (The Vendor - The Seller) and you alone have absolute control of the sale price and the legalities involved with the sale of your property.
• Vendor/s who currently have their property listed with a Real Estate Agent are not eligible to register with Oz Homes 4 You™. Registration is accepted after the expiry of your agreement with the agent and their signage removed from your property.

• Private Individuals, Investors, Companies / Corporations and Builders etc, can list their property for sale providing they are the title owner/s of that property and/or have the legal permission to sell on behalf of the title owner/s. Construction and Development Companies are subject to decisions by the Directors.
  
• At no time are the Directors, Franchisees, Management or Staff of Oz Homes 4 You™ available for discussions relating to any properties. All enquiries made are to the Vendor (Seller) and all information given on the webpage are compiled by the Vendor. Our Customised For Sale Signage for the property owner, directs you to telephone the owner on their preferred contact telephone or log onto the Website.
  
• Note that information given on the webpage advertisement is given by the Vendor and no responsibility is taken by Oz Homes 4 You™ Pty Ltd Directors, Franchisees, Management or Staff for incorrect or misleading information.
• At no time is access available to Directors, Franchisees, Management or Staff of Oz Homes 4 You™ for Purchasers, for information regarding the Vendor or any property details.
• FOR THE FIRST 100 PROPERTIES LISTED IN EACH STATE IN SILVER, GOLD OR PLATINUM OPTIONS, YOU WILL RECEIVE FIVE (5) NIGHTS FREE* ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE, WITH COMPLIMENTS OF OZHOMES4YOU™ and in association with FLEXI-BREAKS AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND.
