These signs attract the buyers to your property and direct them to the website. These signs are completely waterproof, giving details of your Oz Homes 4 You™ Pty Ltd reference number, your preferred telephone contact number and the website address.
You are provided with directions for the erection of your signs. You will need to purchase wooden or metal stakes at a recommended length of 2.1metres for their erection at the front or a prominent position of your property. You will require screws or nails depending on your choice of your stakes or fencing etc.
The signs can also be secured to your front fencing or within the property boundaries. Signage comes with eyelets in each corner together with cable ties, for use in preference to posts or stakes. Please note that the signs will arrive to you folded for postage and handling benefits. The signs have been successfully tested under extreme weather conditions when opened flat and secured in four corners.

DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE
 600mm x 300mm x 3mm DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
These signs are reversible with right and left arrows, giving you two directional choices. They are invaluable for all property sales. They are to be placed at your discretion for directing prospective buyers to your property.

OPEN HOUSE SIGNAGE
600mm x 600mm x 3mm OPEN HOUSE SIGNAGE.
 This has a section on the sign where you can advise your preferred date, day and times of your Open House. You will need a permanent marking pen. This is removable with methylated spirits. The Open House sign is to be displayed in the front of your property adjacent to the large For Sale Signs. The Open House sign need only one timber or metal stake of approximately 1.2 metres, or can be fixed to fencing etc.
This Open House Signage is for use at your discretion. Obviously to have an open house is a personal choice. You will need to place an advertisement in your Local Newspaper noting Private Sale, Open House, The Property Address, Date and Time with a brief property description, your www.ozhomes4you.com.au website address together with your Reference Number at the base of the advertisement. This also gives prospective purchasers your full details for immediate contact.

SOLD STICKERS
saying "WE KEPT THE COMMISSION IN OUR POCKET"
 These are to be secured over the reference and preferred telephone number on the large Customised For Sale Signs. All Sold Stickers are to be secured after your property is SOLD and contracts have unconditionally exchanged. Please check with your Conveyancer or Solicitor as laws relating to each State may differ.
Further Sold Stickers are available at $16.50 per sticker (incl gst, postage & handling) if lost or damaged, by ordering online or by manual order form supplied.
Oz Homes 4 You™ Pty Ltd take no responsibility for securing of signage .The erection of all signage is at your discretion however they should be within the boundaries of your property in compliance with your Shire, Municipality or City Council.
Please ensure that when placing your stakes into the ground that you are mindful of the location of underground services such as Electricity, Gas, Water and / or Telephone.

After Settlement it is recommended that all signs be disposed of in a sensible manner. It is recommended they be cut up and placed in suitable receptacles preferably suitable for recycling.
Please note that all Signage etc are NEW for all clients, therefore second materials are not an option.
