After Oz Homes 4 You™ have verified your webpage it will become active. There are several stages of data entry leading to the secured credit card site, depending on the Option chosen. Upon correct entering of all data required and payment received for Option purchased you will be given a reference number on the screen. The Oz Homes 4 You™ reference number will appear on your customised signage together with your preferred telephone contact when dispatched. Prospective purchasers can log onto our website and conduct a search of your property by using this reference number or telephone you direct, using your preferred contact number.
Depending on the Option chosen, and you do not have a credit card, then information will be saved on the webpage and a reference number given, however the site remains inactive until your cheque or money order is received.
Your right to edit your advertisement is respected - however - this site has now become password protected. Please keep your password confidential and in a secure place.
As a Vendor if you do not have access to a computer then please phone our Oz Homes 4 You™ Hotline on 1300 30 34 92 for a manual application to be sent to you for completion. On return of this form together with payment for the Option chosen, all data will be entered onto the website and activated for you. There is a small fee for this manual service.
Please note that your prospective purchaser has access only with the Property Ref Code eg NSW11180 to your webpage giving your preferred telephone contact number, general details of the property and property photos. No email addresses are displayed for the purchaser. The purchaser does not have access to all information given by you. We also note that at no stage does the purchaser have any contact with Oz Homes 4 You™, for any information regarding your property or contact details relating to you. The purchaser is directed at all times to you only by the webpage details or by the customised signage. At no stage will Oz Homes 4 You™ be involved in passing information onto either party nor enter into discussions with either party in the negotiation process of your property sale.
EDITING AND UPDATING
Your password and reference number is available for use when you require to edit or update your webpage. When you access your webpage it is required for you to enter your password and reference number. If you proceed to edit or update any information, Oz Homes 4 You™ will receive an automatic email which alerts us to changes made. An operator will access the site, and verify with you the changes made. This is for the integrity and professionalism of our website and to protect it from vandalism. Note that the purchaser has access only to the advertised page and photo tours. Oz Homes 4 You™ and yourself only can edit the webpage and this is carried out from a secure section of the site.
If you wish to suspend, withdraw or delete a property registered for sale with Oz Homes 4 You™ you must contact our National Hotline on 1300 30 34 92. If placed on hold the property can be re-activated within 60 days with no costs incurred.

For the Vendor that does not have computer access, a manual edit / update sheet can be completed and faxed or posted to Oz Homes 4 You™ and be manually edited by one of our operators. There is a small fee for this manual service.
SOLD
Please note that your property is not sold until the contracts have been unconditionally exchanged. Please contact your Solicitor / Conveyancer for verification of this as laws in each State may differ.
Oz Homes 4 You™ take no responsibility if a sold sign is placed over your webpage advertisement if your property has not unconditionally exchanged.
When your property is sold you can go to the Vendor Login section of the website and activate the sold sign. Your property will then remain on the website as a Sold property and only visible to others who specifically wish to seach sold houses. Should you require your property to be removed from searches, contact our National Hotline on 1300 30 34 92.
